About M.A.I.S.H.A.

"Hata ukinichukia la kweli nitakwambia" is a Swahili/Kanga cloth saying that means "Hate me, but I won't stop telling you the truth." We are in a battle. Light vs. darkness and life vs death. In the East African language of Swahili, maisha means life, the acronym M.A.I.S.H.A. stands for making an impact serving him always. The acronym, a divinely inspired idea, came to me during a sorrowful time in my life when I lost my husband. My late was from Tanzania (where Swahili is the official language) and while he was in the States he was sick a lot and didn't get to go into ministry. It is out of  that tragedy, that the Lord placed on me the burden of using my talents as a writer for reaching out to those who are also facing the fight of their lives regardless of their situations.

Now, keep in mind what will appear on this website will be resourceful, insightful and purposeful, but they will not always be things that will make us feel good or "seeker sensitive" type theology.   Rather, I have been divinely inspired and influenced to encourage with love, but with a bit of toughness to it. See, everything is winding down I fully realized this when I lost my husband and I saw just how short our time here on earth actually is. Everyday, people are dying without Christ and there are that many more who are "walking dead."

Therefore, the mission of M.A.I.S.H.A. is to educate believers about topics from a spiritual perspective. Many of us are fooled into believing that once we "get saved" that's it and yes salvation is a key that opens the door to eternal life, however, being a Christian is a growth process. In the world we fed off of fleshly food, but when we walk with Christ we literally should feast off of "the bread of life" and drink from the cup of "living water." In other words, we are to become new creatures with transformed minds and hearts continuously seeking a deeper, much closer walk with our Savior.

This is why it is so important for new believers to be led towards churches that are doctrinally sound, but that also teach congregants about how to live righteous lives. After salvation there has to be repentance then deliverance it is when these things happen that our struggles with desiring conformity to the world's standards will diminish greatly (of course, there will always be temptations).

M.A.I.S.H.A. will discuss topics that may convict you at times, you may be angry, offended or even feel the necessity to defend yourself or others from "attack," however, my mission is to bring the truth to the body for the sole purpose of glorifying Christ and ushering in an internet revival in the name of Jesus. I know that there is more in store for M.A.I.S.H.A. although I am not quite sure what, I trust that the Lord is knitting it all together.

An early childhood educator by "trade" the idea for M.A.I.S.H.A. Ministries came to Mrs. Malele as a divine thought that seemed to "drop in her head from out of nowhere," she says. The divinely directed vision she has received for the ministry is focused largely on educating the church on "unmentionable" topics through her writing and "fledgling" speaking skills. Mrs. Malele also sees herself travelling to West and East Africa as well as remaining in Kansas City  in order to further the purpose of M.A.I.S.H.A. Ministries.
